当社がお預かりするお客様の個人情報は、お客様ご自身のご意思でご提供いただくものと考えております。
お客様のご意思により個人情報のご提供がいただけない場合、Textbooks Order For Sophia Universityの受付が出来ませんので、
あらかじめご了承下さいますようお願い申し上げます。
また、上記の利用目的の達成に必要な業務の範囲内で、貴学教科書ご担当部署、採用品の出版社、宅配会社や印刷会社など、
個人情報の保護を適切に実施している企業・団体にお客様の個人情報を委託する場合がございますことをあらかじめご了承下さいますようお願い申し上げます。
We understand that the personal information we receive is provided by our customers based on the customers’ consent.
Please note that we cannot accept your application for the use of YourKiTS unless we receive your personal information.
Please be aware that we may pass on your personal information to other companies and institutions that process personal information in compliance with our Privacy Policy, such as university officials responsible for textbooks, publishers of textbooks, shipping companies, printing companies and so on, to the extent necessary for the above purposes.

２．第三者への提供について / Provision to a third party

当社は、お客さまから事前に同意をいただかない限り、上述の利用目的を遂行するために業務委託先へ委託する場合を除き、第三者へ個人情報を提供いたしません。
但し「個人情報の保護に関する法律」第23条第1項に定める第三者提供の制限の例外事項に当たる場合は例外とさせていただきます。
We will not share personal information with a third party unless we receive prior consent from our customer, save that we must provide personal information to our business partners as described in Clause 1.
Nonetheless, the cases specified in Article 23 (1) of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information are deemed as exceptions.

３． 個人情報の開示・訂正・削除等について / Disclosure, correction, deletion

当社は、お客様の個人情報に関して、ご本人もしくはその代理人から利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正、追加又は削除、利用の停止、消去及び第三者への提供の停止について請求をいただいた場合には、法令に定められた場合を除いて速やかに対応させていただきます。
当社の保有する個人情報の開示・削除・訂正、利用停止等の手続きについては、下記（６．）に記載しました担当者にお問い合わせ下さい。
We will take swift action to meet a request when our customer or a person acting on his/her behalf makes a request for a notice of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure or provision to a third party unless otherwise provided for under applicable law or regulations.
Please contact us using the contact information specified in Clause 6 for the procedures of disclosure, deletion, correction, or suspension of use of the personal information in our possession.

４．セキュリティ対策について / Security measures

1.TLSについて
当社のＷＥＢサイトでは、個人情報が送受信されるページにおいて、TLS（Transport Layer Security）による通信の暗号化を行い、
個人情報を外部の第三者が通信傍受できないような対策を実施しております。

お客様が当社のＷＥＢサイトのご利用時に、より便利に閲覧していただくために、お客様がご使用のコンピュータを識別するクッキー（Cookie）と呼ばれるデータを送付し、ハードディスクに記録することがあります。
なお、当社Webサイトで使用するクッキーにはお客様の個人情報は含まれておらず、また、クッキーはお客様のプライバシーに関わる情報の取得等の目的では、一切使用しておりません。
当社ＷＥＢサイトご利用の際に、お客様の利便性を高める目的でのみ使用するものです。
